Registration Rules:

(1)  Each paper MUST be registered at least ONCE by July 10th, 2010 at Regular rate in order to get it published.

(2)  One regular registration can cover a maximum of two papers (of the registered author).

(3)  Student registration must show proof of student status.

(4)  Registration can be paid in either US dollar or Chinese currency.

(5) One registration includes one proceeding, tutorial, all technical sessions, coffee break, lunch, and dinner.
