Manual installation of an App
(1) In Android 4, allow installation from unknown sources. You do this by going to "Settings" and then "Security" and then clicking on allow unknown sources
(2) Install a good file manager / explorer (like Astro)
(3) Find the "apk" file for the app and save it on the Android 4 device
(4) Use the file manager to install the apk
