| Yahoo Research is collaborating with the LIACS Media Lab in the MIRFLICKR competitive task on the automatic tagging of images based on pictorial content. The image tagging task typically has heavy participation form groups worldwide (e.g. via ImageCLEF) and examines the state of the art in the automatic detection of visual concepts in images. This task uses the MIRFLICKR evaluation framework established in 2008 by the LIACS Media Lab in collaboration with the ACM. Link to MIRFLICKR at Leiden University | |||
