| When using Firefox, a persistent error when downloading may read as ...source file could not be read
If you encounter it, there may be several reasons why this occurs - Ethernet cable is noisy or broken. In one case by simply moving power cable for the gigabit switch away from the ethernet cables, the problem was solved. - Install Firefox as an administrator - Right click, Run as Administrator. - Uninstall Firefox, delete profile directory, reinstall Firefox
